James Kane, Owner and Master Instructor, 8th Degree Black Belt, 2 Time Hall of Fame Induction includes Bay Area Sports Karate Association and International Martial Arts Council. Over 30 years teaching experience combined in Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense including disciplines in Boxing, Full Contact Kickboxing, Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Weaponry, Acrobatics, and Extreme Martial Arts (XMA).
Starting in Kenpo karate as a youth, Mr. Kane has created a program for children that is inspiring and confidence boosting which allows kids to learn important life skills while enjoying a journey through martial arts training. As a five-time World Champion himself, in Full Contact Kickboxing and Forms, Mr. Kane exemplifies dedication and passion to training both adults and children from recreational classes to the professional elite levels with numerous students holding National and World Titles. His lifetime achievements and recognitions include Fundraising for National Disasters, American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, hosting specialized workshops in Child Safety, Bully Protection, Woman Self Defense & Prevention Courses, Customized Clinics for Public and Private Schools, Business and Group Organizations.
Mr. Kane is a lifetime martial artist who takes the traditional martial art values and disciplines, and combines them with the modern teaching methods used by some of the most prominent teachers, coaches, and professional athletes worldwide. With decades of experience, Mr. Kane is a pioneer in martial arts and is recognized as one of the top instructors in the industry.
